Please confirm that daily breakfast is included in the villa rates you quoted, that is at no additional charge? Meals preparation in villa daily as noted in your first email – are these chargeable separately, or included in the villa rates? Villa rates and other expenses to be settled when checking out? Will these all be billed in USD or INR?  Is the villa near any beaches? Is there a private beach exclusive to villa guests? Do you have an in-house SPA? Do we need to make reservations for SPA treatments before our arrival?  Apart from the above queries, we are quite ready to make a booking for the villa as per our first email. Could you kindly block a villa for us, and let us know how to proceed to confirm our booking.

1. The rooms at The Seiryu villas, consisted of type A and B; the difference is just the space in type A is larger than type B.

Type A villas B1/B2/B3/B4 are more likely the same.

2. Yes – Breakfast is included on the rate quoted, no additional charge.

3. Meals preparation daily are chargeable separately not including in rates above, villa staff can do your daily shopping needs – all groceries would be bought at cost at local market/supermarket. Shopping service by villa staff would be charged 30% to the supermarket bill to the staff.

4. Other expenses in villa will be charged in US and converted to IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) – and you can settled them upon departure.

5. The Seiryu is about less than 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach “Dyanapura Beach” – no private beach for villa guest.

6. There is no in house SPA at The Seiryu seminyak villas, however there is spa menu available for you to choose the service – they have outsource spa which will come and do private spa therapy and massages at cost – you can simply make a reservation through villa staff.
