One of the scariest moments in my life was a few months ago when I was finishing typing a term paper for a grad class.  It was very late at night and I had worked very hard on the paper.  I planned on saving my work and proof reading it in the morning before turning in this brilliant masterpiece.  Just then, something happened that to this day I am unsure of how.  I deleted my work, and believed that this file was lost forever.  Thankfully, there are several good sources of information on how to recover deleted files  I was literally on the brink of insanity when I thought I had lost my work forever.
