Don was telling Robert that he finally found out that the registry files were the problem with his computer. He told Robert that he did not understand why he would get computer freeze all the time. He found out that the the most important thing in his windows operating system was the registry files.  And, when you add programs and remove software it is easy to get a virus that will affect the computer. He also told Robert that you can also get adware, spyware and a lot more that can mess up your computer. With all these harmful edition problems begin to occur.
