When You’re an Electrical Engineer

If you are an electrical engineer, you have a different idea of many things. For an example, let’s discuss terminology. When you are an electrical engineer and you hear about custom magnetics, you don’t start thinking about refrigerators or the cute little magnets that are sold at the fair. When you are an electrical engineer and you hear about ferrite beads, you don’t assume they are the poop pellets left behind by a small, long, fuzzy creature. And when you talk of these things in front of your friends and family, you can almost guarantee that they are thinking of those things mentioned above, for they have no idea what you are truly referring to. That’s just life I guess.
