Unfortunately there are some people in this world who like to make a buck from deceiving others.  There are many ways someone can get scammed.  One scammer can give an entire industry a bad name.  There are some performance seo companies that can claim a number 1 ranking, beware!  Beware of any company that can guarantee you a certain place in a search engine ranking, it just is not possible to guarantee the number one space to any one website.  Even if your site ends up at the top, chances are it is because the company is doing something called “pay per click” that will end up costing you more in the long run.  Just as in anything in business, performance SEO is no different….. Buyer be ware.
