Rugby players all over use sports supplements

You’ll work you biceps plenty with chin-ups, if your worried about your arms you could include some dips (for triceps and chest) and maybe some heavy curls although personally as your quite new to training I’d have thought the chins would take care of your bi’s. Trust me I currently do a workout based on the above with some extra power exercises for my rugby and it has made a difference, you’ll not find anything that makes you hurt all over more than Squats and dead lifts. Add in some carefully chosen sports supplements and hey presto, your gains should be fast and great.
