We do not have a lot of money but do have a home that is paid for.   Several years ago when we were both working we completed a will and set it up so that whoever survives will get everything. In the event both of us go at the same time the estate will be divided equally among our two daughters.  We were advised that this would reduce the probate process and expedite the settlement of the estate.  Since retirement we have moved to another state and are concerned that our will will no longer be recognized in this state.
