Yesterday I was totally stuck and could not move forward.  We had a strong team but were missing the services of a high level mage to provide the protection we needed is we were to best the brute ahead of us.  Luckily I knew that there was a place that had wow accounts for sale and with over 900 to pick from I was able to find exactly the character I needed.  In less than half and hour the team was complete and we were able to once again advance and this time successfully engage the enemy and come out victorious.
