I work in a manufacturing plant in Michigan. On those hot, humid summer days the line at the drinking fountain is always a long one. During one of our team meetings, I brought up the fact that there is only one fountain in the plant. I made a suggestion to install a second one. Management thought it was an appropriate request and installed a second one the next week. What was even better, was the fact that the fountain was installed right next to my work station. My coworkers kept thanking me for making the suggestion. At least we do not have to wait in those long lines for water any more.
