My husband and I went to our meeting with the Fort Myers foreclosure lawyer fully prepared. We had all of our paperwork from the bank and the house papers. We didn’t know exactly what we were heading into but at least we had a lawyer to guide the way. I don’t know what we would have done without a lawyer. We would have been completely lost. We did lose our home in the foreclosure, but we knew what was going on every moment at least.
