Nonstick Toaster Oven Tray in a Jiffy

Some old wives’ tales stem from good intentions, even the hopelessly outmoded ones. For instance, some toaster ovens reviews suggest lining your toaster oven tray with aluminum foil to prevent food from sticking to it. I don’t know how that anecdote got started, but I can tell you with complete certainty that there is absolutely no truth to it at all. Food won’t stick to your toaster oven tray if you grease it. You don’t need to slather on enough fat to create an oil slick, just dip some kitchen paper in a little oil, wipe it over the tray and you’re good to go!
