What I”m really looking for in my mixer is it must be powerful enough to mix my dough quickly and easily. Well, in short, I’m looking for a large and powerful new mixer. I like to do a bit of research or reading mixer reviews before I know it meet my need. Base on my experience, I’ve found that the so-called dough hooks on the cheaper mixers don’t last very long, and the motor actually gives out if you use it too often or for too long at a stretch.
