When I was out shopping to get a Custom Leather Recliner, I was really pleased by the quality of the customer service that I received. I was concerned that I might end up feeling as if I was being pressured to make a purchase or something of that nature, but they were really very supportive of my need to think it over and figure it out in my own time. I am glad that some stores still offer such great service.
