What is fat loss to you?
If you want to lose weight you need to start asking yourself the right questions so your brain will start giving you the right answers. We actually have this internal tape running that is recording what we habitually tell it. If we continue to say that fat loss is hard or impossible, then when we ask ourselves how to lose weight that tape we created replies with “fat loss is difficult, and impossible” and this makes us give up! The first thing you need to do in any weight loss program is to wrap your head around controlling your thoughts, your internal tape programming. You also need to realize that if you say something enough times it will record to your tape but if you’ve put a lot of negative things on there already it will take time to deprogram it. Don’t give up!
