The real “secrets” about how to lose stomach fat

We’re all conditioned to think that how to lose stomach fat is about special exercises, diets, or worse supplements. The facts are in and while some of these items might work for short term belly fat loss, they aren’t the answer to keep the weight off long term.

We need to explore more then just a quick fat burning solution, we need to change our lifestyle for the better to ensure that once the weight is gone we don’t gain it back. These changes while not difficult in nature require discipline on your part, and an effort to buy different foods, plan different meals, and get exercise each day.

Here’s a quick example of a weight loss secret. Portion sizes are key to keeping our daily calorie intake numbers down. Each food you eat with the exception of possibly vegetables has a suggested serving size, if we follow that suggested serving size we’ll find that we eat plenty so we don’t feel hungry, but not so much that we’re stuffed and over intake on calories.
