Two months ago, I decided to buy myself a present for my birthday. What I wanted was a new dress, but I didn’t want to have to go to a special store for larger women. I wanted to buy a dress from an upscale department store, and I knew I needed to lose some weight. I decided to buy fat loss 4 idiots and lose weight, so that I could buy that dress I’d been wanting. Over the next few months, the pounds came off easily and I could see that I actually had a cute figure! Yesterday I went to the store and I bought that dress, and I look and feel wonderful!
