Find a great online calorie counter

I am so annoyed with myself because I spent money to have a custom made diet plan. A friend of mine recommended someone she knows who is a qualified dietician and has a diet planner service for some of her patients / clients. She wrote me a few days worth of meals down (which is all I asked for) and I managed to follow it for a while, but the weekend came along and I blew it as usual. Does anyone know of a Online Calorie Counter website where I can have say 2 weeks or even a months worth of diet plans or some sort of diet planner. I know that if I had a rigid routine set out for me that lasted a few weeks I know I would stick to it and actually see some results. I really have tried every generic diet plan I can get my hands on and it just doesn’t work. Some of the suggested ingredients are things I wouldn’t really eat and don’t like. Something unique to my needs is a must.
