Boost your 1 week detox diet plan with positive affirmations

Every morning you should say at least five affirmations.

Regardless of whether you’re on a 1 week detox diet plan or not, you can say more throughout the day as and when they become useful or necessary or even just as a treat. If you say them in the morning - perhaps as you finish cleaning your teeth - you set the tone for the rest of the day.

Looking at your reflection and thinking, ‘I have an awful day ahead of me and I don’t know how to get through it’, will almost certainly make you even more convinced that it really was not worth getting out of bed. Saying, ‘Today will be a great challenge, I am up to it, it will be a breeze, I will be brilliant’, is clearly going to get you a lot further.
