What’s The Secret?
Can anyone enlighten me and reveal what the big secret is if I want to eat without gaining weight? All the weight loss guru’s say it’s possible with the right methods, but I want to know what those methods are before I try them. It’s like they know a whole lot that I don’t know, and that is what’s keeping me from losing weight like they do. Some say that it really is mostly genetics and that weight loss is much different for different people. I guess I shouldn’t compare myself to others since we all have different body types anyways.
