I have been receiving regular massages via a chair massage and it has to be the best invention I have ever seen. The massage is short, effective, and much less then what I would pay for a massage at a polar. I appreciate that I can have the massage anytime I wish or feel tension arising from work or other stresses. I think anyone can benefit from this type of healing massage and have recommended it to my family and friends.
