The simple answer is that recruitment is the process of sourcing, screening, and selecting people for a job or vacancy within an organization. The process can get very complex depending on the level of job or career a recruiter is attempting to fill. Not only do they need to find candidates with the proper work experience and skills, the need to find candidates that will become an asset to the company that hires.
