I would really love to buy a house in South Africa since I spend a lot of time there throughout the year due to my business interests there. However, I can’t afford to pay for a new home outright, and would need a home loan. Is there a lender that would lend me the money for a home in South Africa? A business associate said they thought some other foreigners they knew had gotten FNB home loans, so I am going to try to get in touch with this lender to see if they will give me a home loan as well.
