Many people dont realise, and in the 21st century, when the focus is on being sustainable, green and eco friendly that we can actually collect the rainwater that falls. Many rural folk have various devices that collect this Water, in many cases large water butts run off the houses guttering collecting any rainwater that falls. This can then be reused to water the garden or anything else that people see fit. This not only saves the tap water that people would otherwise have used but reuses the perfectly good rainwater that is perfect for plants and flowers in the garden.
