1- a thorough employment record that concentrates on the career of choice.
2- professional qualifications that highlights certifications, accreditations and computer expertise.
3- highlight any and all awards, grants, publications written and or mentioned on and any professional memberships obtained.
4- one that inclusive of all their academic and professional accomplishments, they have been able to have a personal life as well. Shows their ability to manage life and career effectively
Though some jobs may look for candidates who concentrated their entire life on their careers an do not have much of a personal life, when it comes to management, they seek out individuals who have been able to tame the balancing act.
