When I applied for a job working with a company that presented themselves as a not for profit organization, I was made to watch these sales videos  made by florida video crews that had all this stuff about how we are supposed to go out and sell ourselves for the purpose of this company. It didn’t make sense to me. Obviously they are selling something and I was upset that they didn’t just proclaim themselves as such. They did offer me the job but I politely declined due to my own personal beliefs. I didn’t think that was right that they wanting me to sell something so they can make a small profit from the product.
