I would think that a smaller loan would be a lot easier to fund then a more extensive and more complicated loan. My needs are simple for my hotel financing that I am looking for. Basically I am looking for the smallest amount of a loan for the shortest amount of time. I have a lot of my own equity that I need to keep in a piece of business and I think that the hotel would be my safest bet. What would be the normal wait time for loan of my packaging to be funded and I can take over the business?
