I got a phone call from my boss while I was on my way home from work the other day, and he told me that he needed me to stay late for the rest of the week.  I asked him why, and he told me that a number of the employees had been planning on leaving to start an ebay business.  He wanted me to stick around to encourage them to be a part of the team there.  What my boss didn’t know was that I was part of the group of guys that was planning on leaving.  I really hated that job.
