Since I moved to the city, I have been needing to find a place to start my new studio.  I figured that the best thing to do would be for me to find commercial property to let in london.  I could talk to them about building a studio there, and then just pay out of the recording fees that are payed by different bands.  A friend of mine had the same sort of set up in his hometown.  He eventually ended up owning the property because the business went so well.  I am hoping that everything works out the same way for me.
