A second interview for search recruitment

When a  candidate has been succesful in a  job interview and has been given the job in question, it often arises whether a service contract must contain a reference to a job description, in which the tasks to be performed are described in detail? This is often called a job title. According to Search recruitment, an employment contract does not have to contain a job description or reference to an appropriate job description. It is sufficient if the employer gives you  a specific job title. The further the professional image is taken, the greater the direction of the employer.
